Dijitalleşen Dünyada Kadın, Toplumsal Cinsiyet ve Hikaye: Dijital Hikaye Anlatıcılığı İçin Bir İçerik Analizi

Özet

Sosyal gerçekliği anlamak, sosyal bilimler araştırmalarında önemli bir gerekliliktir. Kadın çalışmaları, başta cinsiyet eşitsizliği olmak üzere kadınlara yönelik ayrımcılığa neden olan tüm sorunların nedenlerini ve çözümlerini ortaya koymak amacıyla toplumsal gerçekleri anlamaya çalışan bir sosyal bilimler araştırma alanıdır. Teknoloji destekli anlatı sorgulama yaklaşımı sayesinde, dijital hikâye anlatımı, özellikle toplum temelli araştırmalarda, anlamı ortaya çıkarmanın bir yolu olabilir. Bu çalışmada, Kadın Çalışmaları ve toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında dijital anlatı kullanan araştırmalar için sistematik bir inceleme yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; Kadın Çalışmaları ve toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında yürütülen çalışmalarda dijital hikâye anlatımının çok sınırlı düzeyde ve çoğunlukla veri analiz yöntemi olarak kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ancak özellikle çoklu ayrımcılığa maruz kalan kadınlara odaklanan çalışmalarda dijital anlatının kullanıldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarından hareketle kadın çalışmaları ve toplumsal cinsiyet çalışmalarında dijital hikâye anlatımı tartışılmış ve sunabileceği katkılara ilişkin çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
