Editor's note

I am very delighted to introduce a new scientific journal ‘Eastern Mediterranean University
Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences’. This journal is prepared by Eastern Mediterranean
University Faculty of Pharmacy faculty members. It is dedicated to any discipline under the
category of pharmaceutical sciences. Research articles, short communications, and reviews in
pharmaceutical, chemical, botanical, and microbiological research areas are all aimed to be
presented within the scope of the journal. It is also important to note that research studies
particularly prepared for thesis projects of pharmacy students in their final years before
graduation are also highly encouraged to be submitted to the journal for publication.
The journal is aimed to be published for three times a year. The language is English. It is also
noteworthy to state that it is the first journal in pharmaceutical field published in Cyprus.
Besides, the journal is a peer-reviewed journal and the manuscripts submitted are subject to a
review process to get acceptance to be published within the journal.
